Data Deletion Request
How to delete your account or request removal of specific personal data.
Delete Your Account and All Data
Choose one of the following methods to permanently delete your account:
Option A · In the App
Open Zeal → Me → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm when prompted. This action cannot be undone.
Option B · By Email
Send a request to our support contact with subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered email or phone. Processed within 30 days.
Delete Specific Data (Keep Account)
Request deletion of selected data types while keeping your account active.
What Data Is Deleted or Retained
Account profile (nickname, avatar, age, country)
Deleted
Removed upon account deletion or verified partial deletion request.
Chat and message history
Deleted
Deleted from active systems; backup copies removed within 90 days.
User-generated content (photos, videos, posts)
Deleted
Removed from the service after request verification.
Device identifiers and app usage logs
Deleted
Analytics and diagnostic logs deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
In-app purchase and transaction records
Retained
Retained as required by tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention laws, typically up to 7 years.
Records for legal compliance or dispute resolution
Retained
Retained only as long as legally required, then deleted or anonymized.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Partial data deletion requests are processed within 30 days after identity verification.
Backup systems may take up to an additional 90 days to fully purge deleted data.
